Gentle Restorative Yoga for Health ~ Features a gentle form of yoga including stretching, breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques. Perfect for beginner's or those with health issues.

Hatha Level 1 - 2 ~ Exploring and building upon the foundations of yoga, this class is a moderate workout. All levels welcome.

Yoga/Barre ~ Combining the elelments of classic yoga, ballet barre exercise and Pilates into a whole body workout the tones, lengthens and strengthens.

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga ~ Based on the teachings of Sadie Nardini and the concepts of physics, this class is a powerful workout that leaves it's participants feeling refreshed, grounded and strong.

Aerial Yoga ~ Combines traditional mat yoga with postures suspended in soft fabric hammocks. With the help of gravity and the hammocks, we can playfully explore floating, fluid movements and create space in our bodies without compressing our joints and spine. 

Pilates (Mat) ~ Contemporary Pilates with a classic Pilates base. Every class will be different. It could be classic, focusing on different body groups, or pilates with props. Any one can do Pilates. Every exercise can be modified to make it easier or harder. Benefits of consistent practice: Long lean muscles; Pilates works to elongate and strengthen muscles, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. Strong core; Pilates is a toning exercise, it's a full body workout that start in the core and works it's way out

Reformer ~  As with the mat, it is a contemporary style with a classic base. Reformer will get you the same results as mat, plus some! With the reformer you can add resistance to regular moves to get more definition in your muscles. It's easy on the joints and back since most moves are done on the back. Those who would have trouble doing mat work would be able to do Pilates with the reformer's support. The ease of movement with the reformer is great for people who have injuries. Private sessions only.

Gentle Stretch for Body and Soul ~ A gentle approach to physical and emotional health for those who may need a slower pace. This class is centering, relaxing, and rejuvenating.

Meditation ~ Relax and access a deeper awareness through connecting the mind, body, and heart, through breath, sound and movement practices.

Chi Gung ~ Experience this ancient Chinese system of self care using meditation, breath, and movement to balance the body's energy flow. 

ABC's Of Yoga and Twisted Tweens ~ ABC's of Yoga is our children's class for ages 3 - 6. Fun games based on yoga, the environment, and love for all living things. Twisted Tween's is for our 7 - 12 year old age group, tumbling, fun asana (pose) practice along with simple yoga philosophy of love and compassion for the themselves and the world around them.

Choreography Dance ~ Simple dance steps and choreography to some of todays most popular songs.
